We depute our experienced professional Supervisor to the site, who inspects the premises and advises what kind of pest control treatment is required at that particular site. Accordingly the Customer is advise to go for that particular pest control treatment. We provide the service targeting against common household crawling pest i.e. cockroaches, red and black ants, spiders, silver fish etc.
This service formula is very effective for the control of cockroaches, gel is applied at electrical appliances, cracks, split etc. The gel is applied with the help of applicator. The gel attracts cockroaches to feed on it leading to their death. The toxicant in the gel is also spread to other members resulting drastic reduction in cockroach population and provide the best result in minimum interval. Please note that the gel is effective only for cockroaches, gel is applied mostly in the kitchen. Nowadays most of our service recipients are interested to use the GEL treatment. As regards Rodent Control Treatment, we have special devices to attract the rats and tempt them to bite the poisonous baits which contains the fatal dose.
Rodent carries of various pathogens causing diseases like leptospirosis, Plague Typhus Fever and etc. In fact we have several integrated Rodent Control Programs.
Prevention is the best control strategy for rats. The fist part for control program must be sealing all possible sites from where Rodent may be enter into the premises. The drain inside the premises should be sealed & maintain clean. All Rodent, Trays, Feeding Station, should be secured to the Building / to the ground. We also providing fortnightly / monthly visits to continue the baiting and keep a constant vigil on rodent population and migrants from outside. Also we provide some of the techniques which help us to render you satisfactory & effective treatment i.e.
Baiting:-
For this treatment we are placing Rodent Bait in a tray, at the prominent sites to trap the Rodent Inside the premises. Also fortnightly visits are made to refill the bait and monitor the rodent activity and if found, dead rodents are collected and disposed off.
Trapping (Glue traps):-
In this treatment we are placing Rodent Glue Bait (this is a mixture of GUM and Rodenticides). We keep the GUM that is unreachable to human beings. Rat prefers natural food so that the bait which is with poisonous materials, as soon as rat try to eat food, they stuck to the gum trap.
Also we will take very much care about the premises where we have to keep the glue, if we found the premises is not advisable to keep the glue we will place traps and when the rats are trapped and can be disposed off. We disposed of suitably by this rats dying at inaccessible area creating foul smell can be avoided.

After termites, wood-boring beetles are the most important wood-destroying insects in homes. The amount of damage that wood-boring beetles cause depends on many factors. The type of wood (hardwood or softwood), the moisture content of the wood and the environmental conditions at the infestation site all affect the severity of beetle damage
There are more than 200 kinds of anobiid beetles, of which very few infest wood. Most anobiid beetles are found in homes. The few that do infest wood are also called powderpost beetles or deathwatch beetles.
For active wood-boring beetle infestation we offer Effective treatment using branded chemicals are used for spraying and brushing treatment. Also we inject chemical into these tiny short holes with the help of syringe to kill larvae in the woods, which destroy the wood in the future. All wooden furniture and fixtures including those attached to the wall are treated with care. The above service will be environment friendly.

Involves drilling at your premises at a distance of minimum one foot apart and injection of our specially formulated chemical and sealing of holes. Care is taken to protect the furniture and fixtures by drilling around doors, window frames, fixed wooden cupboards etc. This is followed by spraying service by same formulation. This service will provide a strong protection against termites or white ants and it is more than enough to eliminate

may either be fully developed by the chemical barrier or the treatment may start 500 MM below ground level as has been laid down by the relevant ISI. Special care shall be taken at the point where pipes and conduits enter the Building and the soil shall be treated for distance of 150 MM and a depth of 75 MM at the point where they enter the Bldg.
The Bottom surface and sides of excavation ( up to height of above 300 MM ) for column pit, wall trenches and basements shall be treated with chemical at the rate of 5 liters / M2 of surface area. Backfields around columns, wall etc. shall be treated at the rate of 15 liters / M2 of the vertical surface. Chemical treatment shall be done in stage following the compaction of earth in layers. The treatment shall be carried out after the ramming operation is done by rodding and spraying the chemicals in the specified dose, if applicable.
Treatment of Top Surface at Plinth Filling:
Holes of 50mm to 75mm deep at 150mm centres both ways shall be made with crowbars on the surface of the compacted plinth fill. Chemical emulsion at the rate of 5 ltrs./ sq.mtr.of surface shall be applied prior to laying soiling or subgrade. Special care shall be taken to maintain continuity of the chemical barrier at the junction of vertical 7 horizontal surface.
Treatment of soil surrounding pipes, wastes & conduits:
Special care shall be taken at the point where pipes & conduits enter the building & the soil shall be treated for distance of 150mm & a depth of 75mm. at the point where they enter the Building.
Treatment of Expansion Joints
These shall receive special attention and shall be treated in the manner approved by your engineer if desired so;
We shall use best quality Chemicals manufactured by the reputed companies for the above treatment.
WARRANTEE - 10 Years WARRANTEE WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER TREATMENT
Post-Construction Anti-Termite Control Treatment
This service is provided to an existing structures which have not availed termite protection at the time of construction.
The treatment comprise of drilling holes at the wall and floor junction level and filling it after pumping in sufficient quantity of termiticide
Treatment to Wall and Floor Junction
1st stage of the treatment :Holes of 12mm diameter 20cm apart will be drilled along the inner junction of wall and floor in the entire ground and first floor premises. Chemical emulsion will be injected under pressure in to these holes, to create barrier against termites.
2nd Stage:- Holes of 12mm diameter will be drilled at the base of wooden-members such as windows frames, door frames inside in the flooring and chemical emulsion will be injected.
3rd Stage:- Trenching or drilling holes along the external walls of the Bldg. After fixing the Chemical barrier, all the drilled holes will be sealed using cement.
After the above services for effective control of all white Ants we shall give spraying services using effective chemicals. We shall also treat all the furniture and fixtures, wooden structure especially attached to walls with chemicals. Except the above services we provide wood borer Brushing and Spraying treatment using effective Chemicals.
